If you’re looking for DIY options, PropStream and DealMachine can give you some lien info, but they may not always be 100% accurate or up-to-date.For Central Ohio, check with the county recorder’s office or clerk of courts for lien and judgment records.

I was looking at DSCR loans because they don't require extensive checks like the bank loans and they "only" look at the income generated from the property to qualify for the loan.

These people often don't understand lending and have a checklist of boxes to check.

Still lots of work to do on the house and the “book” I still have to figure out what to do for it (paper/digital/both), and a few more things I probably am not yet aware of … reading on this forum and asking questions sure has helped out a lot.
