I'm not sure if attacking the humidity down there will solve the problem with the humidty in the 1st floor unit or not.My other units humidity levels seem fine.

I would advise you to fly out, see the areas, meet the people, determine your goals and map out a plan of attack.

I mean, you can still file for eviction if there's nonpayment, but if on month-to-month, you can file for eviction *and* give them notice to vacate.... a two-prong attack on getting control (and hopefully some money) back.So, if they haven't paid, file for eviction immediately.

I can tell you now that your typical policy does not cover you if a dog attacks someone.
