BUT if you had to do the full eviction with law enforcement and movers...then that probably is a different way.

The wholesaler marketed this home in Aberdeen WA to be around 60% of the asking price.

IE weekends .. and earn while you learn.you get instant credibility and you surround yourself with others that are in the business doing deals.you don't want to surround yourself with others that have no money and are in search of how to do this business... 95% of those with the situation you posted simply fade away and never do anything in the industry... and 50% of all agents fade away.. but you still learn the details and laws of your area and you never know when that mover and shaker takes you under their wing...

The timeline on this is probably short because the mover told me the county wants it gone asap.

Maybe they just need the number of a good mover and a local storage facility.  

You send out move out charge sheet with those charges within the 21 day MN time period ,so if they left April 5, the mover out security deposit charge sheet has to be in the mail by April 26th..And you put it in the mail not email, if you don't know where they moved address to the apartment they just left, the post office will either forward it or return it, if returned don't open keep it on record. 

I should also mention that Bill ordered a new Corvette as his retirement gift to himself.They had the movers come pickup their belongings and closed on their house.

In all these ways, my hubby and I have met the movers and shakers in my little area, and have gotten calls from people who have deals to shift.
