The idea is to help investors do-it-yourselves with a local helper instead of going turnkey.  

As a young helper for my dad, I am going after the commission of selling this apartment and renting out the house.

What I would like to market and brand myself as is a helper and problem solver of the various struggles that people have that creates opportunities for someone like me to help.So far I have thought of the title "Real Estate Consultant" I would specifically like to not advertise as a real estate business which is implying I'm an agent or investor as of right now.

Is there anyone in Maryland that is willing to take on a trainee/helper ..

super easy to install but heavy and awkward to carry and maneuver. have a helper and there are strips that go on er the butt joints to protect the edges.  

Much more passive then quiting a decent job and starting as a HVAC helper at a company somewhere. 

As you grow you need to get your network / systems in place so your not racing around like an idiot fixing repairing mowing collecting and the like .get organized automate and sub out menial tasks that are cheap and easy to trusted helpers

They did quite well the year before, but we just did not pull it together to do anything financially, so they were unpaid helpers. 

Had the helper scrape the drywall and that took a minute, but we’ll slap some shellac soon!
