It's not a giant burden right now, but with AI and duplication posts, it's becoming much easier to spam overall.I still find the biggest 'issue' on the Forum is what we've already talked about - the failure of most new members to use the search feature before asking the same question that has been asked over and over again.

IME, some pastors can be VERY involved with the real estate assets owned by the church, and some are NOT involved at all, and they delegate it to a staff member.

By its own definition, everybody alive is a member of several protected classes. 

However, if friends/family/community members can get them there, that’s going to give them the best possible financial outcome in a horrible situation.

I recently became a member of the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investment Association.

Another way could be to call up the REIA in the areas you are looking into and see if they have agent members, it won't be hard to find several.
