Immigrant and US-born citizen has different "issued year".Sometimes they only have ITIN as well, in our area, we tend to be very relax in that kind of 'stuff' lol

So many differing opinions, some staunch, some relaxed.  

She could even have people have a toothbrush there and extra clothes because they stop over a couple times a week and get changed and showered before relaxing and watching Jeopardy together.

. , I've been in the military for almost 21 years and have watched as tattoo restrictions become more and more relaxed.

Had to relax and take action with the knowledge I had.

We are going to slow travel in our dream RV (yet to be acquired and one of the reasons I continue to work) until we tire of it then we can decide to return home and move into our awaiting SFH, or perhaps sell it, all of it etc... who knows as that is years out.We may do a flip or two down the road if we get bored, our skill set is there and we enjoy rehabbing homes, but we would look into that AFTER we relax a bit.

They are strictly a no pitch type of meetings but a great way to meet some RE investors in a relaxed environment.  

My point is - relax, don't feel like every question needs an answer - you can go out and start doing this RIGHT NOW.
