Today, those properties are still making $1k per month and have NOT YET moved up in Apprecation.If I do my calculations, $1k per month x 12 month x 15 years = $180k in Cash flow over the 15 years.OK... that's pretty good by most standards... but no where NEAR being a Millionaire.What was even worse was that in the year he bought his properties, he rented an apt for $2k per month in Manhattan.
