In the past I have seen some BPers promote their deals and reference returns (Caps, Cash-on-Cash, etc.) and I know that that's a big no-no to many here, particularly, if there's the word "guaranteed" in front of the return mentions.So I want to stay clean, legit, but get my opportunity message across effectively.Any/all feedback here would be appreciated.BTW, regarding the photo, yes, yes ....

As far as your questions, I'm 38, low risk level for a home I want to live in, job security is very good, in the future I would definitely like to own a few properties for long term investments, I would get there slowly with my own cash until I learn more and feel comfortable taking bigger risks, my discipline with money is much better than the past (I was single and mingling for about 5 years after my divorce).
