There is always options but I would certainly exhaust all options before deciding to sell and leave...If you sell and move to a place that you end up hating, you likely won't be able to change your mind and come back here to purchase something.You can also consider making your place a medium term rental and go rent something slightly bigger until you figure out your options if you really don't like where you guys are staying....I'm happy to give you a few pointers for your furnished rental if you'd like, feel free to reach out.

The inspector said the gas line was for a kitchen however the room did not represent a kitchen since there was no overhead exhaust and no counter tops to represent a kitchen, just a stove and a sink.

It's exhausting really when broken houses receive 110% ARV lol ...btw yesterday I heard news of multifamily getting wipeout after 3 mil plumbing issue, so much so for fixing other people toilet LOL yea in MF, plumbing inspection is a must
