A City Council doesn't always just decide one day to make a certain neighborhood R1 vs R4, it is subject to change based on the public demand.And we are not operating hotels.

They had one last month I attended that had a guest speaker from the PHX economic council talk about growth & development w/ businesses coming to the valley.

The groups I am looking for are something like the Seattle housing council, The Washington State housing commission (Things like that).
