I am just starting out, part of my deal with my partner was that I would get a draw to live off of while we build the homes, it is modest, but enough to pay my mortgage, vehicle, etc.. and a little extra to start paying down credit card debt I racked up over the last few months.

We added an extra bedroom, replaced the big wooden beams of the carport which were rotten and he also taught me how to do the AC/Duct system in a house with no attic and boy, IT WAS ONE HOT SUMMER!

There are lenders that will refinance w/ only 6 months seasoning but it's nerve racking if you're scrambling to find them at the last minute

I was out of town when they came, but the tenant would not allow them on that side of the property to fully close off the tent (there is a small wooden fence on one side and then a makeshift mesh fence she put up on the other side, preventing me from accessing that side of my property).
