When someone has multiple LLC's, are they each given unique names?

Low and behold, we came across a unique situation this week (2 houses, 1 parcel) and it could be a fit.

I think each unit has some unique characteristics which make them desirable.I've seen 2BR units listed in the 19th close to mine that I wouldn't pay $700 for, so the 19th isn't necessarily an automatic ticket to higher rents.
