Travel nurses almost always prefer their own space.

My son and his wife traveled from SC to attend the pirate festival.

I plan to hold them long term, so I'm confident that time will be the deciding factor in my returns. 

Unless I know the General Partner and have high confidence, personally it seems risky to do a invest and forget method in real estate.

It seems like a positive would be that I would be more confident they can pay every month and I could probably charge a little more since it’s now split 3 ways and get closer to market rents without cleaning or repairs. 

While most medical professionals are good about planning for the future, the nature of how contracts get filled and where that takes the traveler often happen last minute. 

Especially if not many people are traveling to that location. 

Which would ruin you confidence in humanity and ruin her credit...... again.

The travel costs do add up, but its good to weigh the costs to benefits.
