Paying off the debt early this year, supercharging the RE savings account and nailing down the first deal to cut my lil baby investor teeth on.For someone in one location I’d say compare the bad debt interest rate vs ROI % on a property, it could undoubtedly help you pay down bad debt that doesn’t make you money if you found a strong deal.Just my .02
