Would be nice to see an evolving story.

I did have a fun interview with Josh and Brandon (Podcast 41).I currently live and invest in Utah, although my focus continues to evolve as the market does.

Without the forum and the chance to start asking questions and meeting other like-minded people, I'm not sure my desire to become a real estate investor would have ever evolved past reading books and online blog posts. 

But I have evolved and nuanced my opinion over time.

There are some newer ones that I am waiting to see how they evolve.

This is an an old thread but the reason why the cost is so high is the environmental issues , especially if there are wetlands or species of plants, reptiles, birds, or animals, which are considered endangered

So if you invest in land you better make SURE it is buildable and does not have any natural water or protected gopher rats or bees for that matter as now there is talk of putting bees on the endangered species list which, the way I see it gives the feds scary new authority over use/development of any property where bees might be.

Especially with the evolving face of the internet, maybe you could one day design a lead generation software that would really help investors.Awesome folks on this forum!
