Your tenants will love you for it.I agree to change the hardware to a popular silver color.I agree the white fridge stands out too much.

We're mostly silver haired  :) I'm 58 and can work circles around most 30 yr olds.

Silver linings around that cloud. 

"silver bullets", and the installation of thermostatic radiator vents where appropriate, can all turn that hulking monster into a well oiled machine.

That would be the silver bullet. 

Not saying this is the right govt approach but there is a sliver of a silver lining

@Andrea FinkelsteinHello, we had some pest problems too, and roaches are the same everywhere, soooo In my home land we use a mixture of sugar glass and baking soda, equal parts, mix well and place one spoonful per corner, they will die in their nest, and other roaches will become ill as well, just give it max 15 days, you will spend $20.00 maximum.

I don't think there is a silver bullet to find 100% of the money for a 50/50 split.
