Has anyone ever gotten a deal with land or houses in Puerto Rico?

If you plan to ever make personal use of it (as in staying in it on your own vacation), look at financing for 2nd homes.

The other challenge I see is that most attorneys help defend against a foreclosure auction from ever happening, not the other way around. if you have a contact you could share I would love to see what they are offering.Lastly and I'm asking because I see your knowledge in the field, how would you go about finding the contact numbers/emails of owners of properties?
