Honestly, I have no idea where to start or where to look.I have been looking for quite some time in New Jersey with no luck.

Does anyone know how difficult it is to resell a property in New Jersey with an underground tank to a mortgage buyer?

I work in finance having gotten my start on Wall St. in I-banking and PE, then moved on to real estate working for a large conglomerate in New Jersey.

Hey Julian Pilate-Hutcherson I am a contractor / Project Manager from New Jersey who works with some out of state investors.

The buyer backed out and the builder called me to ask me my opinion on market rents for Airbnb/STR for summer season (this property is located at the Jersey Shore).

Bottom line is I want to use the funds in the IRA for a down payment on a multifamily in New Jersey where I'm moving next summer. 

Is any body on BP investing in new jersey preferably in hudson county area?
