The guy is unkempt with long hair, so his appearance should warn normal people to keep their distance, like a bright colored snake.

I'm a dog lover myself and appreciate someone who loves dogs as well, I don't allow cats as the hair and smell tend to be difficult to get out of the house.  

Pet hair and pet smells may be hard to get out in a matter of hours.

Even if you go down the road of the math with your average daily balance and the effective rate on the HELOC, you're getting to the point of slicing hairs (reference:  Pareto Principle or diminishing marginal returns, your choice). 

Most neighborhoods let the people who live there set up cottage industries...make stuff in the garage, cut hair, run a daycare, smoke meat for a catering.

It's fairly new so still some kinks but I find it much easier and intuitive than combing through some of these other sites.

Idk…not to be a tool, but this is cutting hairs.

Already combed through Google and it's just not yielding the people I'm looking for.

Definitely review the monthly statement with a fine tooth comb.
