I have in fact read through the entire beginners guide as well as done weeks of research on my own, and I have to say that this guide is very informative.

I'd also recommend reading Multifamily Millions by David Lindahl, Jake & Gino book on multifamily investing (don't recall the title), as well as Steve Berges "The complete guide to buying and selling apartments..."
