Minneapolis is really undergoing a renaissance, possibly at the expense of the exburbs so I am not sure if this is typical in other cities.I do not think Walmarts and McDonalds are good leading indicators.

We will be undergoing some upgrades in the next few months, and this is one of the areas we hope to focus on.

Now we are into Mobile Home Parks and are fat dumb and happy in that position now.

You will always be the "fat-cat, big-shot investor" who stole his house out from under him when he was vulnerable.

Units would never undergo rehabs and given time would all be out of date and likely result in blighted areas. 

Better than buying anything 1800s and continuously undergoing rehab, in my opinion.

If the seller is a bank, and the house is undergoing renovation, it was a distressed sale.

The specific area that this property is in is one block from the downtown area where it's up and coming (i.e vacant lots undergoing ground up construction for 'luxury' condominiums).

told wife someone stole my trailer, she said call sheriffs office,  I went to look at the video, the week before  there was a little fat guy that looked very similar to me. driving my truck that drove off with it.
