Simple advice. delete your acct and with a new start - do the right thing.

I feel ashamed even writing this post, but I can not figure out for the life of me how to delete properties that have been inputted into the calculator section under TOOLS.

Does anyone know how to delete rental property reports that have been calculated using the Bigger Pockets calculator?

I use a keypad lock and put in a new code for every tenant (and delete the old code).

For the most part I use the same ones but I've seen things would make you want to "delete" those sites off of the internet.

What does anyone know about Pay for Delete (PFD) letters or other avenues to not restore this debt but find a way to satisfy it sooner without extending the time it lingers on my account.

Maybe BP could change when a forum goes private to "deleted".
