Hi BPs, I'm looking for a handyman or contractor to take a few pictures and do a quick assessment from the curb of some off-market properties in Calhoun County. 

I feel like a majority of the answers were “this ain’t charity this is business..kick her to the curb”.

Contractor is making very good money and even if you trim cost and laboryour property will still shine.Put good money in a light staging. curb appeal, and the flow of the property.Go to Ikea and get $500  of pictures, etc. make sure the front of the houseis flawless. 

---If too many showings are cancelled, curb appeal may be an issue or may be part of the market and more confirmation is needed.Lots of showings but few applications?

Management companies receive a bad rep from investors, however I think expectations should be curbed based on the quality of property you bring to the management firm.

def. interested in how it looks painted. throw in some mulch/river rock in the front to give it that nice curb appeal!

Easy enough to do a parking spot off to the side of the driveway-not the full length, just enough from the curb to part a car in front of the house. 

Hey guys, I'm lookin for some suggestions on how to improve curb appeal on a property that looks a little bland, but has great potential!!

Since rented, we're going to make improvements to the exterior and yard to class up the curb appeal. 

These things even cause problems in well-written partnerships where one of the owners does not want to put any time, money, or energy into upkeep of the property, which can be a huge hassle if you want to improve curb appeal and value.I'm not saying any of these things will happen, but you always need to be aware of what may happen down the road.
