I am compiling a list of questions and concerns, but wanted to see if anyone in the BP community has had experience with this sort of thing.   

To keep this simple I'll stick to the texting example: I compile a text message then have to individually send it to every tenant.

I assume they're basing it off a compilation of data or just talking to large developments. 

It's an excellent compilation to help a newbie like myself get a basic understanding of the sheriff's sale process.Ken
