Hi there @Blaze Kuklinski,I try and combat of all their concerns with a solution.

Those that advocate doing so 1. don't know what they are talking about, 2. attempt to do so as a financial gain they are not entitled to, & 3. may not be aware of the tax issues and matters of fraudulent reporting of income and expenses and lastly, the owner is allowing a tenant to acquire an equitable interest in and to the property leased.An option given conveys an equitable interest to the extent of the option price paid and that interest is amortized or depreciates over the term of that option as the rights to purchase are consumed.

To combat this I decided to join a local REI and step out of my comfort zone.

And if yes, it sounds just like an additional cost only because you do not have enough of a down payment, but to call it insurance is fraudulent because it is just an additional cost for low down payment.  

I wanted to know if anyone has any help with combating these.

I had a lady a few years ago said her lawyer would poke holes in my foreclosure, and I said very polite see you in court, and her lawyer called me wanted me to give her walking money, and I told her lawyer very polite she would not get a dime from me, that I had a surprise for her when we get to court, and the surprise is she used someone's else SSN and provide fraudulent income information on a credit application.

This is fraudulent and reficulus!

What do you require applicants to submit and how do verify all this information isn’t fraudulent?
