Find a different market.If you go to the Doctor's office, and tell him your arm hurts when you raise it, what's the first thing the Doctor tells you not to do?

I'm not a doctor so don't quote me on this, just trying to make sense of it myself. 

Have no future plans of wanting to be a doctor or developer.

I have 4 solid candidates, which is making it hard for me to select:A: Doctor (ending residency in a year at a major hospital) and engineer (working for a big high-tech company), moving from 40 miles away to be closer to work. 750-800 credit, 4.1 income-to-rent ratio, 40lb Husky dog (not an ESA, but professionally trained).

These subdivision cabins this far out from major attractions  will be the first to bust as demand continues to drop, and you’ll be looking at a 50 percent haircut if you need to sell to a doctor in Knoxville to live in.  

I have never seen a weekend seminar at the Marriot on how to become an attorney or doctor or even a landlord.

While you can be named in a lawsuit anytime, piercing an LLC requires that either (1) the LLC was/is no longer in good standing with the state or (2) you’ve done something liable PERSONALLY, such as committed fraud or (3) you’re in a profession for which the state government does not allow LLC protection for negligent acts and you are being sued for a negligent act, such as medical doctors, etc.For more usual lawsuits like loan default (assuming no personal guarantee and absence fraud), injury at property, eviction, etc. a LLC in good standing will not be pierced.
