No ..but I’m greedy lol as an example my triplex gets about $1,500 a month in rents .After all expenses I get around 275$ per- door .... 800 profit a month ,Did I mention I only paid 35 grand total for the property ?

The reality is, once you have solved their problem, you are no longer their "friend" you are a greedy, unwashed investor who took advantage of them and they now have an attorney who is willing to take you to court to get their property back.

So here’s a update .. that partner I was with ended up getting greedy and after I found a great deal and then negotiated it down even further .. meanwhile , he and I wrote up our contract between us which I signed but I never got his signature back before the property closed .. which I didn’t think to much about it because I trusted him .. but that was a mistake ..
