We are looking at doing a 3 bed/2 bath with an attached rear access garage. 

Some people can be afraid to put others that are way better than them into a position of helping them because it is the ego complex rearing it's head.Those who are strong encourage to surround themselves with bright and innovative people.

In the mean time, they seem to feel entitled to occupy the same space no one is to park in with the rear ends of their cars because they don't feel the need to park properly on their respective pads.

The millennium's due to college debt and society trends are delaying house buying, marriage, and child rearing!  

I went and seen it today. 1/4 of the rear fascia is gone, some of the soffit has vegetation growing on it, the shingles looks “okay”, the wood under the shingles are planks, the crawl space in the attic is very small, the air handler will more than likely need to be replaced, because of mold concerns I would budget for the duct work as well, but I would wait for the a/c guy to look at it.

I figure I can work my rear off when I'm young, and then be in a good position to experience the world, instead of vice versa.

Are they planning any upcoming updates that will assess a charge (my condo just decided to re-do cat walks and rear driveway, costing me $120 a month for the next  5 years). 

. - The sellers were undoubtedly presented evidence that the rear structure was not recognized by the city when they were presented with the zoning cert when they bought the place a few years ago.
