To throw in my 2 cents, it I do get a decent amount of Wholesaler emails and easily 90% of them are total junk, but there are some random gems thrown in. 

One hidden gem (with higher price point of course) is the Communipaw neighborhood, located near the Liberty State Park light rail.My suggestion?

Throw in the great hunting, fishings, boating and golfing thoroughout the state and you have a great little hidden gem in the middle of America.  

Take one drive through and you'll see they've got luxury apartment buildings going up on every corner, and a massive Hollywood-style film studio planned, which is going to add 3,000+ jobs to the city - https://www.tapinto.net/towns/bayonne/sections/government/ar...You also should check out Stephen Gregg Park - It's a little further from the Light Rail stations but a true gem of Bayonne.

I also know very well the unique and additional risks involved with these neighborhoods and what are typically vintage homes.

There are gems around here though!
