Multifamily will thrive for several years to come!

There is a post right now on Marketplace.. very common  IE we make 5 to 50 million dollar loans Blah blah blah... you read through and its 15 to 20k for Due diligence.. those companies thrive on DD fee's and those that have no chance in hell of borrowing multi millions but have a project they get sucked into the dream !

Personally I thrive everyday to insure that I will never need to work for someone else but I realize that being an entrepreneur is not for everyone. 

Go forward and thrive!

I'm hearing that there is a mini tech driven boom in that area due to tech companies moving in and the thriving startup ecosystem.

Our market here is thriving.  

@Tim Uittenbroek  looks like you have the best of both worlds, you can make money in a thriving economy and invest anywhere.

It started with the nuclear disarment group who used fallout as an example of how not only people, but things could not exist for hundreds if not thousands of years after a fallout event of a magnitute less than that of the Japanese bombs, yet those two cities are thriving today, after less time than half of the least time scenario given by those proponents.Then they attacked the nuclear power plants and we did have almost the same example they feared in what was Russia and the area is thriving today.Now I see they are saying the same kinds of things about other kinds of emissions.

He has constructed a great environment to thrive in.
