Could anyone recommend a reliable Handyman in Huntsville? 

I'd be targeting for more reliable tenant pool.Any ideas/recommendations into which cities to look?

It has been a blessing to me as it is difficult to find a reliable handyman and I am not much of a do-it-yourselfer AND they charge one fee for both units.On the down side, sometimes they have shoddy repair companies.  

I tried to look but was unable to find reliable information on it.

It is far less Rocket science and far more a trained eye to understand what little tasks will take a lot of time.The other easy way around this is to find a reliable GC and pay him for estimates.  

Please let me know reliable contractor who can propmtly complete the work at a reasonable rate.

Reliable, honest GCs in Atlanta are like unicorns: Hard to find and you probably don't need em anyways.
