They don't have credit and few of them work. 1) Everyone must fill out an application. 2) If they want to paint or buy a puppy "in the future" - no3) Monies owed, even medical - no4) Facial jewelry and boyfriends and girlfriends on the first visit - bad sign and usually no5) Right to enter quarterly for pest spray and filter change.

Despite what the lease said, they painted the condo (poorly, and a horrible color), installed a backsplash (again poorly, which had to be ripped out), stained the kitchen cabinets, spray painted the patio, destroyed carpets with filth, and caused $7K in overall repairs.

Apartment done :)The sleeves are not cheap they are $175 + labor and misc material ($50.00 worth - spray foam insulation, some backer rod, new trim on interior)The AC Wall another few hundred  - total about $500.00 - but they have NEW AC and the building look way better, versus the crappy steel old sleeves that are beaten to crap.

The remediation team will have to knock down walls as well to see if there is mold behind the walls, they will have to fix the source of the problem and remove the existing mold as well as spray solution to prevent further growth.
