I had this discussion with 3 different judges at a training session (CLE) and they indicated they did not agree with each other.

The guest network(s) use short-lived credentials (which a tenant can generate for their guest) and limited session life.In our multi-unit buildings the tenants usually have their own WiFi access points, though we are revisiting that due to the amount of radio interference when you have 20+ independent radios in one building.It's a utility, like electricity or cable.  

Also, they're in an intense academic setting, so they're heads down in books and study sessions ALL THE TIME.  

I try to be active when the General Assembly is in session.

If I were to schedule sessions every 15 minutes, then I'd get one showing, have to sit around for a while for no-shows, then get another one.

To set-up for payment processing on your own and pass PCI and/or ACH requirements can be expensive (development, audit and assurance) and, as @Jimmy Moncrief warned, the liability is almost certain to outweigh the benefit of brand control.For a small operation, I would recommend you find a storefront hosting provider or payment gateway and simply throw the session to it from your website.

In MA a tenants possessions can be moved at that point but 48 hours notice is required and it cant be a weekend or a holiday when the court is not in session. 

Often attorneys come for a Q&A member session and are available for free too.
