The unit is in decent condition but needs to be completely repainted, clean tile, paint handrail,  stair paint/touchup.

@Ronnie Mossotti, why didn't you have your driver pick them up and drive them to the Hilton where you would pay for their food, beverages, spa treatments and of course the cost of the hotel suite while you had all their carpeting replaced and re-painted the entire interior of their residence?

We are repainting the existing kitchen cabinets.

Now she is asking for the cabinets to be replaced, window sill to be repainted, and new range hood (current one not broken, just old looking).  

@Mitch Rice LOL, with that scope, nobody will accept the price, $2/sf only covers repainting, no prep work, so removing, skimming, ceiling, cabinets are of different price.
