@Sean HaranI agree with the previous comments on trying to find a house hack or something within a 2 hour driving distance.I did  a local renovation where I was on site at least once a week, did multiple walk throughs will plumber, electrician and the contractor. 

We are doing a site visit today and wanted to hear what you think about investing near an Amazon facility. 

In addition to being near the street car, we were surrounded by historic buildings such as the Anne Rice Estate House and a variety of the city's highest ranked restaurants that are regularly featured on travel channels such as Shaya.

Also it seems as if I get a smaller list when I do a search than any other sites such as listsource.

Maybe I'm just the odd man out here, but I don't want any of the booking sites providing any access information to my property before the guest's 4 PM check in time.

I follow several local areas and the site tells me that I am not following any locations. 

I've never heard of a Work Comp waiver - it's possible it exists in some states.If you have a person who would normally be defined as your employee for Work Comp purposes and they get seriously maimed on your project site I'm betting that waiver isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

Yes, it provides an IDX feed - shut that down, now every web site out there is worthless, including Zillow. 

They could just rent yours on site.
