Tune ups, coils are cleaned, refrigerant fine, even replaced capacitors, topped off the attic insulation (just in case) AND had the duct work sealed. 

Just spent $1600 to replace a  Leaking coil on a less than 5 year old AC.

The 2nd sewer tab was done and street still covered with metal plate and big chunks of asphalt from the street laying in the sidewalk area.

All it is is a metal catch that mounts to the wall that grabs the metal on the back of the stove if someone leans hard on it from the front.

It's a 2000 SQft house with a metal roof, hardwood floors, and several other feautures causing the rebuild value to be high.

If people suddenly decided rusted metal makes for a cool door and fence, why not some cool looking oil tanks?

I have a 1969 built 4 unit in Chicago and it's amazing almost 0 cap/ex the roof is metal and just needs a $1000 layer of rubber every few years, the heat is electric and super easy not dealing with furnaces or boilers, stair cases are concrete.
