There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

Id like to see if anyone out there has some innovative ideas I could use to get this cash flowing.

There is a reason why Atlanta is the busiest airport in the world.The Bay Area is not expensive because it has a monopoly on natural beauty... it's because it's one of the most prolific centers of technology and innovation and high skilled workers come here to find jobs that pay a quarter-million right out of college.
