You have such a long horizon that you can grow your investments tremendously and weather the dips and storms along the way.If you owned 20-30 properties free and clear you would be generating a ton of cashflow 20-30 years out.

If the bedroom cannot comfortably fit a full size bed, you're going to have trouble renting it and/or going to have to lower your rent to compete with the other units around you.One last point, if this is the best you can afford in your own backyard, broaden your horizon and look outside of it.
