I hope to put my residence up for sale in a few months, and plan to stage kitchen with a new crockpot and a basket of greens, table and chairs, M bath w/basket of greens, possibly shower curtain, seat cover, living room with couch and 1-2 easy chairs, coffee table, yard with patio table and chairsNothing in bedrooms.

Call the bank.Ask for the REO department.Give them the address and they will tell you if they are selling direct or using an agent or having an outside asset management company handle the process and assign the agent.

I would include a bed, desk, table, chair, lamp, hangers, and dresser (which all cost an initial outlay).There are articles online that mention not being able to sublet whole places for more rent than what is on the main lease, but there's no info about subletting rooms in a place one lives in.
