If you want to figure something out when it comes to repair, it's the first place I turn to, to see if there's an visual content on what I'm trying to achieve. 

And with adequate visual dampeners such as a fence or trees, most people don't give it much thought.  

I did the same back in June, and now I can actually visualize what each neighborhood looks like when I see a property come up.  

I understand the basics from wholesaling, buy and flip, buy and hold, and etc.......The problem is I don't feel comfortable jumping in alone as I am a visual learning and would really benefit from having someone to help me throughout the process.

Write an offer, contingent on inspection and visual inspection.

That can put an unexpected stop to your cash flow.Personally I would like to visit the property and at least do a visual inspection.

I want a visual of it and google maps street view shows only trees.  

However in BP *RSVP every thing you share here and elsewhere: *(READ, STUDY, VISUALIZE, PRACTICE.) 

Might get more showings, but then they still need to visualize when then get there.
