I was going to suggest finding a place with better value, but after doing some searching online I didn't come up with much.  

What the benefits for the seller are is that they CAN foreclose almost as easily as a bank if need be; there is a good chance that they can get a better rate on that Note that they will carry (say 5-10%) than what they are likely to get with their equity otherwise; if might help them sell a property that is hard to sell otherwise; and might be advantages income tax wise also.One example is a 4plex that just came online here in our market.

They might have searched online to see what parts Lowe's had available and that is NOT always easy.

Remote online notarization is more common these days outside real estate. 

I worked with a local agent and looked online.

It doesn't require me to socialize, network or interact for long periods of time, but still lets me provide information and education.I don't mind getting attention online (where I can turn it off if I want), but I hate being the center of attention in real life.

Hello, I am looking for input from those who have used online rental payment applications for their tenants to pay their rent. 

Tenants that skip out on renters insurance usually have no idea how helpful it is in the event of an incident.I have a great online portal where you can purchase renters insurance in a few minutes if they don't have a preferred provider.

Many groups during Covid have switched to online only or a combination of online/in person events.
