@jay and @Neal Collins and @Anthony Dooley I wasn't sure if I'd be allowed to stay involved with the project and since I haven't done any rehab/stabilization before I thought it would be a good experience to help manage the project so I planned to ask for the role to try my hand.

We cover most of the Denver Metro area as well as down in Colorado Springs and up in Fort Collins metro. 

At the apartment complex where I worked (Fort Collins, CO) we required a larger security deposit for non-citizens because it is more difficult to look at credit/eviction/criminal history.

If what Collin says comes true (very likely) then be ready to buy up the discounted cabins! 

@KB Collins  Thank you for both being excited and scared along with responding LOL  I've spoken to a real estate attorney who will draft the paperwork per our terms for the seller financing option. 

Next when Dallas county started doing eviction moratoriums as far as the eye could see I decided to start selling up my rentals there and 1031 them into Collin county which hasn't passed such draconian orders.

You can see examples of it on my website or do a Google search for Fort Collins You Plus Two. in my case, if I have three or more people that are unrelated by blood or marriage, I require each individual to have a higher credit score and make 2 times the rent. if one person leaves, the remaining two still have a combined income of 4 times the rent which makes it less likely there will be problems.
