But alas, this is what you do.Create a document with a list of possible repairs in a column form where you can manualy enter the cost of each itemlike so:Paint interior: _______Siding: _______# of Windows: _________yada yada yadaThis is good for a few reasons.Now when you walk through the house you have a list and a check of everything you need to check out.

Through the last few projects I have found a great plumber, electrician, drywall crew, and a roofing/siding contractor (Happy to provide referrals) but I haven't been able to find the right person(s) to frame walls, install flooring, hang interior doors and trim, do kitchen installs, etc..

With windchill -51F, that means you have to wear a hat and gloves ;-)I had two properties with high efficency heaters ice up on me; which is a problem, as the interior temperatur drops fast and you end up with frozen pipes.
