I watched all different types of hearings (i.e. landlords represented by attorneys, landlords not represented by attorneys, uncontested evictions, as well as evictions contested by the tenant both with and without witnesses on their side, etc).

As long as the property has cash flow wit h100% (or higher) financing, why not finance every property and keep the money in the bank as a large reserve fund?

I'm not sure what all the guidelines are for trying to enter the country and gain citizenship - but if the Mexican people are not willing to go through the process for fear - and maybe certain knowledge - that they won't be able to get in - I don't really blame them for trying to get into the country by other means.Much of the backbone of this country has been built and is being built - literally - by immigrants - especially by the Mexican immigrants.I had the opportunity to live in South America (Uruguay) for two years and witness people trying to get into the US.

It's obviously a hot-button topic among both the informed and mal-informed as witnessed by some of the comments following the Business Week article.Not heavily touched-upon is that besides the estimated $40-100B tax revenues would be the savings generated among police agencies, courts, prisons and so forth.Here where I'm at in NC it has traditionally been a busy moonshine area.
