Lastly, since everybody has different investing goals I'll leave you with this: Even if my return is zero or even somewhat negative during the repayment period, in 15 years (actually quite less on many of my properties now) once the properties are paid for and still generating a ton of cash is when I will enjoy the returns...I can see it now, I am 60 years old traveling the world with my wife and not a financial care in the world, and when I am 80, my kids  saying "Dad, your so cool, we're really glad you bought those houses"Cheers, Lawrence

This is my first post here and I am excited to hear everyone's advice.My husband is graduating from medical school in Ohio.

Being as how I am taking the family on vacation, traveling NYC for a day trip as part of the vacation can be tiresome to the little ones.

Not to mention all of the permits needed to travel with a house on a trailer.

He travels a lot and will also use the place for family when they come to visit very often. 

I'm not sure what the marijuana laws are where you're at, but here we have a lot of people that want to open medical marijuana dispensaries, but most landlords don't want to lease to them because it's such a grey area legally.

The ultimate goal is to make 8k per month, be financial free, travel, live life, provide for myself and eventually my family.
