That way you're at least hopefully not weakening the entire chain. 

We ran into this as well when we moved temporarily for work.  

I felt 1st that the process took too long anyway but the $30K difference left me a little deflated... temporarily.  

When I owner occupy the taxes will go down temporarily but it'll need to make sense once I move on (I plan to occupy the $550 a month room).

However, I've heard from some that Doctors here temporarily may be looking for a nicer home for a period of around 4 years at a time or so.
