The rental got some repairs done today, and will get a bit of paint. It will be cleaned, I have a window person coming to give an estimate on replacing 5 double-pane windows later this week. I don't think I'll replace...

I'm not an expert but I know some of the questions involved is how many units are vacant, how many are rented versus owner occupied, is it managed by the constructors or by a tenant board, status of HOA balances, etc.
