This data is expensive and not cheap. 5,000 sq ft is a very tiny commercial space.If there are many other commercial spaces available then the market is saturated right now.

Yes, Back in March I came across a manufactured home that was on 1/2 acare of land, shared well, the home itself was 2000 sqft, and needed much work, turns out that it had been flooded and would cost 20,000 to fix, carpet was saturated, the floor boards were saturated and the heating vents had water....It was a big job.....someone just went ahead and bought the home, pulled the trailor and put a brand new one on the property.....I do thank you for responding......
