Disruption in global inventory supply chains has left stores with long lists of unhappy customers waiting months for bikes and accessories.

But for me, it was watching hard earned equity in 2006-7 get taxed (State, Federal, AMT) in half then watching those after-tax proceeds in Fidelity PAS accounts fall nearly in half again in the global recession of 2008-9.

If interest rates continue to fall and the global chase for yield continues asset prices will continue to rise.

I plan to hoard on cash, wait for the market to crash, overcome my fear of global warming, re-enter the Jacksonville market with the help and guidance from those awesome people.

Here in stodgy New England local STR restrictions are spreading like a virus from town to town… just at the very point where the STR gold rush is already yesterday’s news and some investors are starting to realize that 2020-2021 were market anomalies created by a global pandemic that altered how and where people traveled/stayed.

How bad does it look to lenders when unemployment insurance is the only income she's had since March (we're in a global pandemic so not sure if this is something lenders even consider)?
