I took the online courses through Continuing Education Express.  

We were told that they would like to get the house taken care of fast, so we expressed interest. 

Others are in better shape than the majority of neighborhoods in the area.The reason many of the parks are in such disrepair is because the mom-and-pop owner is in their seventies, is still running it like they did when the built/bought it 40 years ago, and have just given up.Other parks are just plain run poorly because the owners have the same attitude about the residents as have been expressed here.

The tenant has been in place for five years, but I expressed to the realtor who is also the PM, that once the inspection comes back it will need more than $2000 in repair and the tenant can just up and leave.

As a general rule there is no express requirement that landlords give 24-hour notice.

However, if the PM gave notice to the tenant against the expressed wishes of the owner they could and should in my opinion be disciplined by their state's real estate commission.

Are there investors out there who became agents for the express purpose of being able to write the offers themselves?

Realestate express is very poplar and an excellent service.Texas is tough .the state requires 180 hours pre ed and then 90 hours after you get your license,cost for course is $500 or so

I can express my opinion of  Realty Shares and Realty Mogul platforms, but not the investments on those platforms.
